The prop and the size of the stage were mediocre.But the lamplight was good,which gave off hues of warm and cool,corresponded with the past,present and the moods from the caracter's heart,and gave a push to the narration.Perhaps,it was limited by the ground,the space for the exertion of technic is not big enough.In the whole drama,the portion which touched me to my heart were the father's madness and Catherine's hysterical mood.Those sensibilities,which were not understood by the average people,were in fact brimed over the extent a people's heart could bear.
I belive,the people who have had the hysterical mood can taste the inability and helplessness when the wild mood comes to the mind,and the indisposition of speaking is in fact the desperation of disablement of speaking.I feel sadness and resonance from the bottom of my heart.
