Training diary in this week:
Monday: The manager asked me how much I knew about this company, and then I started to review the previous learning. My manager briefed the back group, routine working procedure of the company.
Tuesday: I reviewed what I had studied yesterday, and then presented the size, material, type, layout and quality of the clothes.
Wednesday: The manager asked the code of every color by spot-check, and then questioned about the size of clothes.
Thursday: Reviewed “routine working process when goods come”, then presented the different meanings of different color sticker.
Friday: Presented “key notice for reserved goods”, “basic knowledge and procedure for mending the clothes” and “procedures for reimbursement and replacement”.
