Based on the research of the company human resource management system, this article develops the human resource management system based on the JSP and SQLServer by analyzing the actual damand.

The system plays a indispensable role on the internal human resource management. The system developed with the computer technology will replace the previous human resource system to set up a systematic, fast,perfect and comprehensive human resource management mode,which has simple interface and operation and liberates people from the heavy work. Moreover, the system,which is programmed with JSP language and the knowledge learned in college to connect the SQLServer database, deeply extends,investigates and enhances the study of the courses in practice instead of in the textbook.
