with the recent development of economy,there is more and more transit population in the nation.They promoted the economic development and also caused some problems,especially the education problem of their children.Although the country has taken some appropriate measures,it has not solved these problems completely.This thesis mainly emphasizes the present children’s elementary education situation and problems of the transit population,and considers the household register system.the economical reason and the inadequate education funds are the main reason which cause children’s elementary educational problems.in the conclusion this thesis analyzes present situation and tries to solve the problems with feasible countermeasure and satisfied answers.
