Stay healthy
Everyone looks forward to a healthy life.But how?Here is some of my advice.
First,eat different kinds of foods and eat less fat food.Our bodies need different nutrients,which surely needs us to eat different foods.Besides,too fat is bad for our healthy.
Second,keep away from bad habits to make good habits.For example,we should get up and go to bed early,have enough sleep and so on.
Third,do more sports.After doing sports is a good way to keep us fit.
Last,keep a right attitude toward life.A good feeling does a lot of good to our health.
I hope my advice will be a little helpful and all of us can stay healthy to live a happy life.
