With the development of both mobile telecom technology and e-commerce,the m-commerce is growing with promise. Because of having the characteristics of convenience and omnipresence ,the mobile application has quickly started to upsurge within the whole world,and becomes one of the mainstream patterns of e-commerce. With all kinds of necessary conditions becoming more and more mature, people will do e-business by mobile devices more frequently. As a new type of EC mode, the prospect is magnificent. It can be expected that m-commerce will become the main field of e-commerce in the 21st century. With the aim to give some references for the future development, this article systematically and comprehensively analyzed the development of m-commerce in present and discussed the existing problems of its development process and the development prospect.
