体育运动有很多种,如游泳．足球．高尔夫等.在这些运动中,我最爱的是打羽毛球.因为它不仅可以锻炼身体,还可以让我减肥,使 我变得苗条.不管工作有多忙,每个星期我都要抽一点时间进行羽毛球运动.当我看到羽毛球在空中飞来飞去,我的心里就会充满快乐.
There are many kinds of sports,such as swimming,soccer,golf etc.Among all these sports,my favorite is badminton as it not only trains my body,but also reduces my weigh,make me more slim.So no matter how busy my work is,I will take some time to play badminton everyweek.Everytime I see the badminton ball flying back and forth,my heart will be filled with joy and happiness.
