I'm so frustrated with your airline handling of my baggage.I flew Economy Class from Gothenburg to London on BA 793 on June 3,2011,local time.The check-in staff in Gothenburg advised me to claim my baggage and I did.When I put it on the conveyor belt,I supposed you would take care of my baggage and be responsible for the stuff in it.But my baggage didn't arrive on my arrival.I'm confused about,with all the technology and security system today,you still have missing baggage cases occur.Anyways,I hope you find it and contact me as soon as possible.My baggage weighed about 19 kilograms.It was black and had a reference number tag on it.You can trace the reference number and find my contact information.I have many important souvenirs in the baggage and I hope I don't have to wait for long.
