1、以“***工序检验指导书”形式对各工序的检查方法、检验频次、检验标准进行严格规定
Set the inspection method,inspection frequency and inspection standard strictly in the form of "xxxx process inspection instruction" .
2、检验指导书粘贴在检验工位,实施目视化管理,在检验员抬头就可以看见检验指导书
Paste Inspection instructions in the inspection stations,and implement the visual management making it possible for workers to see the instructions by just raising their heads.
