⊙few,不多,很少几个.否定含义.表可数.
⊙a few,少数几个,虽少但有一些.肯定含义.表可数.
两者均可作主语、宾语、定语.
1．作主语
Very few ever stopped to listen,but we felt we had done our duty.
很少有人停下来听,但是我们觉得我们已经尽了责任.
A few of them know French.
他们中有几个人懂法语.
2．作宾语
I have few(chocolates) left.
我已所剩不多了.
I met a few of my friends here.
