Bilingual education is popular because our society today is very diverse.There are uncountable foreign business that request its employees to speak more than one language.In order to provide a better chance for our next generation having a job in the future,bilingual education is necessary.Also,bilingual education is a useful way to prevent cultural assimilation.For example,the parents of a child who is born in U.S.A.are from other countries,so bilingual education may help this child to learn not only American culture but also the culture of his parents.
