“主谓关系用ing,动宾关系用ed” 与 “进行计划用ing,被动用ed” 有什么关系?
改成：主动关系用-ing, 动宾/被动关系用-ed, 正在进行/尚未完成的（动作）的用-ing, 被动的/已结束的（动作）-ed
e.g. There were a lot of villagers (watching) the accident on the spot.
= A lot of villagers (were watching )the accident. 主谓之间：主动；时间上：过去进行；
The journalist was reporting on the accident (watched) by a lot of villagers.
= The accident was watched by.两者是动宾/被动关系,被围观
The building being built now will be a new supermarket.
= The building is being built ,在建的,尚未完工的；
The building (built）last year will be a new supermarket.
= The building was built last year (去年）建成的,完工的
