The first things I consider
As a college student I would like to consider potential as the most important thing of my career in the future.
We all know that for a young guy the most important thing are opportunities.It is more important than you work in a big company or take high salary from your boss.The potential means you have more space and possibility to challenge your limit of talent.And it will be better for you to find out what you can do and how well you can do.
So in my opinion,development is always the first to be considered.If I choose it this way I may have a tougher start of my career but I will have a brighter future.
