A running life .
With the development of our culture and economy ,life in modren times has become more and more quickly .we can say that with a phrase ,a running life .As you can say from all works of life ,when something is important people will running to there .As for this people are live a life of full of strain.life seems not so easy or interesting as before.
That not only give our a harmful life also causes this society a lot of troubles .When people keep nervous for such a long time that they may feel tired both in work and life .And people will have little time to do exercises then they body health will become weak .And that will aslo give a not so strong society ,people may just by themselves and not a unit one ,and this kind of society has no power to stand up for anything .
However ,we just one of them ,what we need to do and what we can do is just get used to it.but how Here I just talk that from my point .Though it's a running life .we can try to have more time or chance to slow it down .such as we may have a spare time to do more exercises .this is just the one point and we can do other more useful things as we wish and as a kind of need by the running life .
