Economy Globalization brings forth outstanding influence to the development of world economy as well as arises from it.Under complicated market situation and fierce competition,strategy becomes one of the important roles which influence the real profile.It is also the top-class and initial task of modern enterprise management,working as a guide in operation.As a long-term and comprehensive plan made under complex changes and challenges,Strategic Management of Enterprise came into being in late 1960s,reflecting the management ideas and making blooming.At the present times,many enterprises set up special institution to study strategy because effective strategy management brought advantages in competition,and people regard “win by strategy” “run by intelligence” as the mainstream of the times.A serious problem arises for enterprise that how to make right strategy and carry it out effectively to gain advantages all the time in competition.
