楼主,这两个词虽然大多数情况可以通用,但它们是有区别的,主要表现在:
hold 一般就是指拥有这个状态,有瞬时的意味,
而keep指拥有较长一段时间,有持续拥有,保持的意思.
所以本句中now表示目前谁拥有记录,这就正应该用hold.
在体育领域,表示保持记录时,一般只用hold而不用keep...
