Abstract
Basing on the financial contemporary condition of minor enterprises, we analyzed prominent problems during developing, proposed solutions for ameliorating exterior fanancing environment, innovation of finance and modification for interior financial skeleton. According to methods proposed in the paper as well as patterns of enterprise development, we concluded the financial management suitable for different developing periods, which will benefit the durable development of minor enterprises.
