Sometimes I don’t have enough sleep because I didn’t sleep well the night before.
What will be the reason for that?
I couldn’t sleep well when I feel pressure that brings me a bad sleep.
I do think a lot before I try to sleep sometimes.
Even though I am physical exhausted, but my mental is awake (high).
There is something important for me that trap in my head keeps turning over and over.
For example, I am worry about whether I have a quiz tomorrow? What class I have? Or any further plan the day after, and etc. I also think about my future a bit like what I am going to be?
Because of those worries that my brain can’t rest, therefore I can’t sleep or I can’t sleep well.
Whenever I can’t sleep, I will do such things to help myself fell into sleep as soon as possible.
I will listen to music from the FM radio to help sleep, I also will do some reading. I brought some English novels to read until I want to sleep. Those two ways as well help me to improve my English.
However, I prefer when I can’t sleep and can’t sleep well, because If I can’t sleep so that I don’t have to wake up then. I hate to get up early; it is the most painful ever.
Now, I tried to exhaust myself at day, and then I can sleep at night.
