from my perspective,konwing how to communicating with others is more and more important in contemporary world.nowadays ,the world is smaller and smaller on account of the rapid development of the science and technology.So the question is that how can we have a perfect communcation with others ,namely what are the communication skills.
1)be sincere to tell .If you want to solve your problem and get the help you wnat ,you should learn to be sincere and be polite to tell other people what your problem is and sincrely hope that other people could do you a favor.
2)be faithful to listen.when someone wants to help you ,you should learn to positively and seriously listen.because it shows that your respect other people's suggestion and you do patiently listen .Only in that way can you get other people's respect and help.
the above i just talking about are two main viewpoints.If we want to learn more about communication skills ,we should do more practice.
