摘要;The soap box bottom structure manufacturability analysis,design with a mold cavity sprue push rod,a two plate injection mold.The die structure is simplified the mold processing and a very good solution to the soap box bottom mold design,the selection and design of gating system,demoulding mechanism,design and manufacture of the boiling water bottle cap mold,the mold is easy to operate and stable and reliable work,plastic parts demoulding after leveling,the quality meets the design requirements.
