Good morning ladies and gentlemen.I’m Tan Haotian from Shanghai Maritime University.Today,I deeply appreciate being given the opportunity to deliver the speech to you about budgeting life and dealing with personal financial problems.
A number of people think that it is safe to keep the money in the bank in order to avoid the potential risks such as robbery,stealing,and so on.Is it really a wise choice?I definitely don’t buy it.As far as I’m concerned,it is just half-witted.There’s no denying that you can know where your money is and can precisely calculate how much you can get,but you can not make your money run and gun,that is to say,you do not actually manage your money but the bank does instead.
What are rather significant lies in the fact that there won’t be any tutelage because different kinds of ways in which people deal with financial problems are not the same.In other words,it is not necessarily practicable to follow others’ ways and means.It is you who manage your money and budget your life.Since 2008,the impacts of the financial crisis have been ubiquitous.Therefore,a brilliant economic brain is of essence and necessity.We can’t wait and just see with a cup of coffee or tea or wine.
What we are supposed to do,I think,is seize the day.Different opportunities appear everyday.Seize the day,seize the chance.It is believed that chances are prepared for those who have prepared.We should seize every minute in the day to manage our life well.Don’t waste any one of it.If you bring to mind something,write down it.If you have any good idea,carry out it.However tiny,you should grasp it,seize it,and hold it.
Time is money,as the old maxim goes.From my point of view,time as well as money is what one should learn to manage and administrate smartly.It is much easier to manage money than time ,for dominating what you can only feel is always more complicated than controlling what you can really see.
Time flies,remember?People complain it from time to time.Many people wish thirty hours a day because they have amounts of unfinished tasks.This extra time,however,would not necessarily relieve them of the tremendous pressures.They would soon be just as frustrated as they are now with our twenty-four-hour allotment.Why do people feel a 24-hour day is not enough?To my way of thinking,those who have the feeling of that may let the urgent things crowd out of the important.They fail to classify what kind of tasks should be prior and what should be done the next.Therefore,it is also vital to learn how to classify tasks appropriately.
It is clear from the foregoing that pinching pennies is a life study,regardless of time or money.When it comes to a success,we often admire his/her way to budgeting life,saying how well he/she manages money and time.Don’t be jealous,my friends.One day,I bet,you can also be admired by others if you grasp the knack in how to budget your money,and,of course,time well----seize the day.Remember,my friends,seize the day and make your life extraordinary!
