For the moment,I’m just one of those ordinary programmers in the software industry,but I won't be a programmer for my whole life.There should be some shift for any programmer at some certain stage,so I should acquire more knowledge of all kinds,for instance:management or marketing.Seeing in a long run,only by constant changing roles can a programmer make greater achievements,or he would just be settled as a programmer forever.
I’m not looking to be the best; I just want to be a better man,seeing myself reaching a higher status every day.
