(1) The success is a measure of a result, depending on your reference point or starting point, the result could be success to someone but not to others. Hence as long as you are happy with your result, you can call it a success and you should not worry about what other people said.
(2) The success is also a measure for your reward, some poeple look for a finanical return, some after the enjoyment of the processing. The key is that the success is a positive experience of your life, which will help you to march toward your goal of life.
(3) Poeple should try to work for a success, but should not take the success too seriously. If one can return an unsuccess into a success, he/sh will be a real successful person.
