Thank you for your letter. I can understand thoroughly about your problems in making friends here. I believe the fact that you have not made as many friends as you expected has nothing to do with your height. Being a tall girl is nothing wrong. The main reason is perhaps you are still new here to many of your classmates. So you'd better be active in your class and try to join others when they play, sing and chat. I believe they have many questions to ask you, especially in English. You should use this advantage to establish you friendship with your classmates. You should be brave and confident. You have to overcome the problem of your shyness and talk to people you meet when you can. Try what I proposed and soon you will see the change in the situation and start to enjoy yourself here with your new friends.
