Nowadays ,market competition is getting heat.To improve the competence and to maximize the profit margin of of an enterprise while guaranteeing safty production procedure ,assuring of quality , shortening the construction span as well as reducing the cost,It is of critical importance to reinforce on site administration and surveillance.Yet many problems are still at issue presently.This article addressed on some existing problems and their solutions of on-site management for domestic enterprises on the policy level.
