    Stress is not always a bad thing.Without stress,we will not be motivated to make progress.But on the other hand,too much stress can be harmful for us.Many people don’t know how to do well when faced with stress,so that it often becomes an obstacle standing in their way to success.This is because if one is constantly under heavy stress,his body,or even his mind,can be too tired to do things well.They will collapse or surrender themselves to the stress.

    So,how to relieve stress becomes an important question.There are some easy outlets.First,have enough sleep and rest,and then you can do things energetically.Second,you must focus on one thing at a time.Do not think of other things and you will finish that task more effectively.What’s more,life should be easy and happy.So,don’t take everything too seriously.It is enough just to try your best.

    In a word,we need stress but never should we let ourselves be overwhelmed by it.
