I konw you want to lose weight.Here I will give you some suggestions.first,you should sleep early and get up early every day;second,you'd better eat more healthy food,like vegetables,fruits,milk and eggs,and don't eat a lot humbergers,ice-cream,french fries ,and so on.Don't eat anything after 8 o'clock at night,do exercises one hour a day,like running,playing basketball and tennis.
