可以填两个,很多人都是填父母的名字的.要是只有一格的话,字写小一点吧.

我不知道你是要什么格式的,要是你是去读语言的话,你可以用我帮你写的,但是要是你是要过去直接插班的话,最好用你自己的语言.因为每个人运用语言都有自己的特点,有的时候是很容易看出来的,不知道你是要去哪国,但是要是签证官一旦对你的语言能力产生怀疑的话,拒签是很容易的.
