现在完成时 have 后面不是加延续性动词吗 那 have done怎么回事

have been后面也可加形容词

例句1 I have been collecting stamps for three years.

collecting 动词doing形式

例句2 He have been dead for three years.

dead形容词 死的, 表示状态

而have done是现在完成时

例句 I have changed a lot.
