First of all,you should find ways to participate a conversation.You should wait,when a person has finished his/her words or so,you can be ready to say your ideas.But don't always follow the priciple of taking turns.If your idea is really very important,you can speak it out even if that will make you break others' words.Notice that,in this kind of situation,you must keep your manner and politeness,no matter how hurry you feel.
