First of all,in spelling,generally American English is easier in spelling.For example,British people write "colour" while Americans write "color".When spelling words with double letters,such as "staff",British people pronouse "double f"while American just say "f"twice.
There are some differences in pronouciation as well.
They don't influence me much of the differences.I am just supposed to realize both and use either of them.
