Content: this paper discussed the relationship which the urban traffic intersection traffic time setting and vehicles passing. We have studied through the traffic conversion time in the one-way street, one-way crossing and one-way street intersection and the quantities which vehicles passed, using C language to give the function relation and model, based on the obtained corresponding parameters, it is concluded that the multi-channel intersection model and solution.
