Recently campus fires are common and caused economic loss and death. For example, there was a fire taking place in a school, in which 20 people were killed and the campus building was destroyed.
Many causes can lead to the occurence of fire, three of them are typical: the first is the electric discharge due to the ageing cable. Old teaching buildings are susceptible to fire for this reason. The second is the fire sources that people did not notice, such as cigarette butts or lighters. The third reason is the extinguishing equipment's not working. Such as the stuck valve of extinguisher.
What can we do to prevent the fire? Just follow some rules: putting out the small fire before it gets worse; clean up the classroom regularly to get rid of the combutible things; and check the extinguishers on time in case emergency situations. As long as we follow those can we elliminate the hidden danger.
