Methods: between January 2011 and October 2013, during the period of 84 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in our department, for rehabilitation group, gives the system of rehabilitation training program; Retrospective analysis in January 2008 to December 2010 74 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in our department, as the control group, routine nursing and optional training. Results: two groups of patients with postoperative complication rate of 2 weeks and 6 months after hip joint recovery of function evaluation is the comparison, all have significant difference.
