The paper makes an analysis on the droditional retail industries of the marketing strategy in our country,points out the subsistent unenlightened sense during the course of marketing,makes a thorough inquiry the gap between the domestic marketing mode and Walmart’s green marketing mode and sums up Walmart’s successful experience to guide the domestic same trades to develop the market competition.Facing the retail industries’s increasingly opening to the outside world since joining WTO and ungovernable competition,this paper puts forward a strategy to answer them.
